St. Joan of Arc, St. Gabriel and St. Michael along with a host of other saints adorn the windows of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Chapel aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. The stained-glass windows were paid for with contributions of Marines world-wide and were given to the church in 1948. RECP is a Department of Navy initiative that encourages conservation of utilities in public private housing on base. All service members residing in AMCC homes are required to sign a new lease by February 1, 2013, if the resident moved in before October 15, 2012. - Brig. Gen.
