Mission
The Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Provost Marshal’s Office protects all personnel and organizations aboard the base and supports the security and law enforcement requirements of Marine Corps Air Station New River, through physical security, policing, investigative, and brig operations in order to enhance critical infrastructure security and maintain a safe and secure environment for warfighters, family members, and civilians of the greater Camp Lejeune community.
Vision
The Provost Marshal’s Office is a professional, modern, values-based, law enforcement agency that enables readiness for MCB Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station New River by focusing on strengthening partnerships through intelligence led and community policing.
LOCATION
PMO is located in Building 58 on Virginia Dare Drive, Camp Lejeune and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. PMO is closed on all federal holidays.
Note: PMO Administrative Services in Bldg. 58 and Bldg. 60 will close at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31 for training. Normal operations will resume on Friday, Sept. 1, 2023.

INSTALLATION ACCESS AND WEAPONS REGISTRATION ONLINE APPLICATION NOW AVAILABLE
Need to register a vehicle, weapon, or registering guests for a special event through the Provost Marshal’s Office? Whether you are new to MCB Camp Lejeune or have been assigned here for some time, the process to register your vehicle, weapon, or guests for a special event has just been made easier.
The Installation Access Registration Application (IARA) was created as a user friendly, web-based portal that affords service members assigned to MCB Camp Lejeune the ability to comply with access control and housing requirements. Further, it provides members the option to complete these tasks at the comfort of your workspace. The Provost Marshal’s Office will continue to provide in person customer service; however, IARA is an additional, time saving option for those needing to register.

PET REGISTRATION
The Domestic Animal Control Office (DACO) is located in Building TT-2455/L, Tarawa Terrace, Camp Lejeune. The registration office is open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., excluding federal holidays.

For command inquiries, personnel will be required to submit an authorization letter from the battalion or squadron commander that lists who is authorized to pick-up the report on behalf of the commander. Click here to download a sample authorization letter.

The following services are also offered through the PMO Administration Section:
We provide copies of Incident Complaint Reports (ICRs) to legal personnel and law enforcement officials. Individual personnel desiring copies of ICRs must go to the Freedom of Information Act office.
The PMO Administration Section provides sample pistol permit letters and sample concealed carry letters. We also provide blank disposition forms to persons who currently have open cases in the Consolidated Law Enforcement Operations Center (CLEOC) database.
Personnel who have an incident(s) in the CLEOC will not be allowed to check out with PMO until they provide a completed disposition form or a 10-day letter to the PMO Administration Section.
