CAC - ID Card Center

The Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune ID Card Center provides administrative assistance for all service members (active/reserve), family members of service members and government employees.

Our mission is to enforce regulations and establish procedures for issue and recovery of all identification cards (military and civilian).

The DoD is actively working to protect your identity.  In order to make your ID more secure, DoD has enacted a plan to remove all Social Security Numbers from ID Cards.  Details about the plan can be found in the information pamphlets below:

The ID Card Center is located at the Camp Lejeune Reception Center in Building 59 which is located on Molly Pitcher Rd, and there is a satellite office located at Courthouse Bay in Building BB-12 which is located on Horn Rd.

The hours of operation for the ID Card Center are:

• Monday through Thursday: 0630 — 1800
• Friday: 0630 — 1600

The hours of operation for the ID Card Center Satellite Office at Courthouse Bay are:

• Monday through Friday: 0730 – 1600

In the event you should not be able to keep your appointment, please visit the Common Access Card Issuance Appointment website to cancel your appointment, or call the ID Card Center at (910) 451-2727 to cancel your appointment.

Effective immediately, anyone needing a new/updated ID Card (all type) will need to present at least two (2) valid forms of identification with one (1) being a current photo ID.  If you have any questions, please call the Camp Lejeune ID Card Center at (910) 451-2727.

Contractor Badges, Business, Chaser Pictures, Geneva Convention Cards and other locally produced ID Cards that do not require computer access are processed in Building 60, Room 143.  Hours of operation are 0700-1330 Monday thru Friday.  Please call (910) 450-8444 with any questions regarding these types of ID.

In order to verify your eligibility for issuance of a Command Access Card (CAC) or another type of ID, you must present two (2) valid forms of identification.  The primary document must be a valid photo ID.  All of the documentation must be original or certified true copies.  Copies of original or certified true copies are not acceptable.

Assistance can also be obtained through your parent Civilian and/or Military Personnel offices or by calling (910) 451-2727.

If you have lost your identification card or it was stolen, you must complete the below form, file a report with the Provost Marshal's office in Building 3, and have both a Provost Marshal representative and someone from your chain of command sign the below form before you may have a new identification card issued to you.
