From left to right David Collins with the assistance of Brig. Gen. Thomas Weidley and Brig. Gen. David Maxwell cut the cake for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society’s 113th birthday at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune’s Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, Jan. 23. The society provides financial and educational assistance for active duty, retired service members and their dependents. David Collins is the executive vice president for the Navy-Marine Corp Relief Society. Weidley is the commanding general for Marine Corps Installations East – Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.
