Chad Neuzil, a student with Marine Corps Combat Support Service Schools, wipes off of Medal of Honor recepient Richard O'Kane's headstone in Arlington National Ceremony after placing a wreath under it during Wreaths Across America Day, Dec. 11. O'Kane served as a rear admiral in the Navy and was awarded the Medal of Honor during World War II.
