Brig. Gen. Robert F. Castellvi, commanding general of Marine Corps Installations East, along with other senior leaders, signs his pledge for the Combined Federal Campaign aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Sept. 10. The campaign is an annual fundraising drive providing federal civilian and military employees the opportunity to donate to local, national, and international non-profit organizations.
