Yeddo, fitness facilities manager, fitness branch, Semper Fit division, Marine Corps Community Services lifts a sand bag above his head during a Paddle Fit Boot Camp workout aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, July 23. More than 50 MCB Camp Lejeune residents and service members completed the workouts since the paddleboard exercising started in May.
