The MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune Small Business Office hosted the Southeastern North Carolina Military Business Outreach to provide vendors fundamental information regarding the regulations and processes related to federal contracts. The event took place on Nov. 18 at the Onslow County Government Center in Jacksonville, North Carolina.

The business outreach event enabled businesses to become as competitive as possible for government contracts and provide a better understanding of the process of soliciting and managing contract requirements of the 11 different contracting/procuring offices that support the installation. Leaders from MCIEAST also discussed supplies and services that are procured in support of the installation, as well as forecasts for upcoming requirements and the robust support network that exists to assist businesses in securing government contracts.

Businesses that missed the event can contact Mr. Chris Rabassi at 910-451-8424 or via email at chris.rabassi@usmc.mil for more information.
