A ramp is lowered from the USNS 1st Lt. Jack Lummus to a Roll-on/Roll-off Discharge Facility (RRDF), during an in-stream Marine Prepositioning Force Exercise, Aug. 19, 2015. The ramp allowed Marines with Combat Logistics Regiment 25 to drive equipment off the Lummus onto the RRDF and Improved Navy Lighterage Systems, where it was then transferred to Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island, Fla.
