Pass & Registration is located in Building 60 on Molly Pitcher Rd. They are open Monday through Friday from 0730 - 1550 and closed during Federal holidays and/or as otherwise directed. Personnel on base may access Base Order 5560.2N for more detailed information.

Fingerprint services are offered Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600, in Building 818 at the Main Gate. You must provide your own fingerprint cards.
(DOD Decals are also issued at the Main Gate, Bldg 818. Monday - Friday 0745 - 1545)
MCB MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
(ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED)

• Original Vehicle Registration
• Proof of insurance (must meet NC minimum of 30/60/25)
• Driver's Improvement Course card (all Military under 26 years of age)
Reservists must present a command authorized letter.
