Navy Lt. Troy Frazee, a project engineer with the Officer In Charge of Construction aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, donates blood during the base blood drive, Aug. 13, held at Marston Pavilion, aboard the base. Whether in peacetime or war, there is always a need for blood, so to help increase the quantity available to help service members and their families, the Armed Services Blood Program with the base held a blood drive. At the conclusion of the event, 52 pints of blood were donated. ::n::
