RESPONSIBILITIES OF OPERATORS

Immediately report to PMO, all collisions on Base involving a motor vehicle, to include collisions with deer or other large wildlife animals. The driver is responsible to ensure the collision has been reported to PMO.

OBSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC

No one will stop, stand or park a motor vehicle on any roadway and impede the flow of traffic. In collisions involving non-injury, non-felony cases that do not require medical attention or investigative response attempt to move the vehicle where it provides the least amount of obstruction.

COLLISION REPORTS

Parties involved, individuals, insurance companies, and their representatives can obtain a copy of the accident report by submitting a request indicating the accident date and operators involved to the Freedom of Information Act Office which can be done online or in person at Building 1, Holcomb Blvd, Room 262 and fill out a Privacy Act/Freedom of Information Act request form.
