Rogers during a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony for Military Construction (MILCON) Project 1312, now named “Rogers Hall”. The ceremony took place on Friday, April 4, 2025, for the new United States Marine Corps Engineer School (MCES) at Courthouse Bay on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.
