MCB CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. -- Installation gates across Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune will undergo partial closures over the next month. Personnel visiting the base should expect the following impacts, scheduled from Friday, Jan. 16, to Tuesday, Feb. 17:
- Piney Green Gate and the Contractor Vetting Office will be closed all day on Jan. 16. Please use Holcomb or Wilson Gate for installation access and contractor vetting during this closure.
- Midway Park Gate outbound lanes will be closed on Jan. 19 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Inbound lanes will be open. Please use Butler Gate for outbound traffic only during this time.
- Holcomb Gate inbound lanes and the Contractor Vetting Office will be temporarily closed on Jan. 20 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please use Piney Green or Wilson Gate for installation access and contractor vetting during this time. Expect no impact to outbound lanes of traffic.
- Tarawa Terrace 1 Gate inbound lanes will be temporarily closed on Jan. 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. Please use Holcomb, Wilson, or Piney Green gates for installation access and contractor vetting during this time. Expect no impact to outbound lanes of traffic.
- Camp Johnson Gate inbound lanes will be temporarily closed on Jan. 21 from 9 to 11 a.m. Please use Holcomb, Wilson, or Piney Green gates for installation access and contractor vetting during this time. Expect no impact to outbound lanes of traffic.
- Sneads Ferry Gate inbound lanes will be temporarily closed on Jan. 22 from 1 to 3 p.m. Please use the Camp Johnson, Wilson, Holcomb, or Piney Green gates during this time. Expect no impact to outbound lanes of traffic.
- Midway Park Gate inbound lanes will experience delays on Jan. 23 from 10 to 11 a.m. Slower-than-normal throughput is expected due to scheduled maintenance. Please allow additional time for processing when accessing the installation during this time. Expect no impact to outbound lanes of traffic.
- Wilson Gate inbound lanes and the Visitor’s Center will be closed on Feb. 17 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please use the Holcomb Gate for installation access or the MCAS New River Visitor’s Center for guest passes. Additional access is available via Camp Johnson, Holcomb, Piney Green, or Tarawa Terrace gates. Expect no impact to outbound lanes of traffic.
- Stone Bay Gate inbound lanes will experience delays on Feb. 17 from 5 to 7 p.m. Slower-than-normal throughput is expected due to scheduled maintenance. Please allow additional time for processing when accessing the installation during this period. Expect no impact to outbound lanes of traffic.
