The Mission of the MCB Camp Lejeune Distribution Management Office is to provide fast, friendly, and effective services for shipment, receipt, pickup, delivery, and storage of all personal property for military and civilian members of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, and other DOD agencies moving into, within or out of the geographic area specified as MCB Camp Lejeune’s Area (Onslow, Jones, Duplin, New Hanover, Brunswick, Columbus, Pender counties) of operations.

As the Distribution Management Officer, MCB Camp Lejeune, I understand the importance of meeting your Transportation needs. My staff will make every effort to ensure your requirements are handled professionally with all the courtesy you deserve as a valued customer. On this web site, you will find information to assist in all transportation areas. If you have any questions that the website does not answer, please feel free to contact the appropriate member of my staff listed in the contact us page. It’s not feasible to cover every possibility in this website as entitlements and policies are constantly changing. So when in doubt, please contact our office for validation. I encourage you, if possible to stop by the local DMO office with any required assistance, instead of telephoning the MCB Camp Lejeune DMO office. We receive over a half-million calls per year.  2020 Movers and PCS Season Tips

 
Due to website issues, access to the Defense Personal Property System (DPS) website is intermittent at best.  In response to the busy moving season ahead, DPS has provided the following MarAdmin and 3 tips for the moving season to help personnel work toward a successful move:

1.  2020 Peak Moving Season Preparations (UPDATE as of 31 March 2020) - MARADMIN 198/20

2. Don't Wait to Start: Applications come in first come first serve. Get your move started as soon as you can. Access the DPS Home Page at https://move.mil/ (ensure Pop-Up Blockers are turned off).

3.  Use DPS after normal work hours: If you experience intermittent connectivity issues, report the issue to the System Response Center at (800) 462-2176 and keep trying to complete your task. If you cannot successfully complete your task in DPS, contact your Personal Property Office for additional support.

4.  Fill out Your Surveys: Your feedback matters. The customer satisfaction survey helps the DOD determine if the company that supplied your movers should be issued more contracts. So, fill out the DOD Survey honestly and thoroughly.

A successful move is not a matter of chance. It is the result of planning and hard work. At the center of these efforts is you, the customer. If you expect a good move, you should play an active role and be aware of your rights and responsibilities. DMO Changes Operating Hours, May 4

The MCB CAMLEJ Distribution Management Office (DMO) will begin a phased approach to normal operations with consideration to the safety of our staff and customers.  Effective May 4, 2020, all DMO facilities on Camp Lejeune, MCAS New River and Camp Geiger will be fully staffed Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Personal Property counseling services, for those preparing to PCS or separate, will continue to be conducted virtually through this DMO website at  CONUS  or  OCONUS.

Appointments with the DMO are highly encouraged.  Schedule via email or by contacting the office at the numbers listed below.

Mitigating actions such as customer occupancy limits at DMO facilities, requirements to wear a face mask when accessing a facility and social distancing will be enforced.
