The Marine Corps is conducting a Fiscal Year 2023 (FY23) Tenant Satisfaction Survey (TSS) for tenants who live in privatized or government-owned family homes on Marine Corps installations beginning October 17, 2022 until December 16, 2022.

All residents are encouraged to participate. This year the survey is digital. For privatized and government-owned family housing tenants, the survey link will be sent via email or directly by text to tenants using the contact information on file with their Military Housing Office (MHO).

The FY23 TSS provides an opportunity for service members and their families to share personal perspectives on their homes, communities and the services received from their local MHO and Public-Private Venture (PPV) partner. Survey feedback is important to improve the housing development and overall tenant experience.

All surveys will be conducted by an independent third party, Robert D. Niehaus, Inc., and take less than 10 minutes to complete.

For questions about the survey, contact Robert D. Niehaus, Inc. by calling 1-800-350-4888 or emailing Survey@RDNiehaus.com. We encourage our tenants to ask their local MHO or Unaccompanied Housing Office for a link to their survey if not received by October 17, 2022.
