The ISMT focuses on small arms marksmanship, weapons familiarization and employment fundamentals, firing table practice, and supports call-for-fire and fire direction center training.
The ISMT is an interactive audio/visual weapons simulator that provides basic and enhanced marksmanship training, weapons employment training, and tactical decision making for a variety of small arms and crew served weapons.
Weapons include M9,M4, M16A4, M27,M870 Shotgun, M1014 Shotgun, M32 Grenade Launcher, M203, M2, M240, M249, MK19, M72, M136, MK153, M224, and the M252.
Location
The ISMT is located at 100 Sim Center Dr., Building 1046, behind Range Control.
