Staff Sgt. Adam J. Chase, a counselor with the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Brig, won the American Correctional Association, Military Corrections Best of the Best Committee’s Corrections Specialist Award for his outstanding actions as a watch supervisor and while on deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom with the 2nd Marine Expeditionary Brigade – Afghanistan in 2009.
