Motor Transport Division

The Motor Transport Division (MTD) develops and implements policies, provides oversight and guidance on operational and maintenance issues, and provides direction when needed to respective Fleet Managers within MCIEAST in support of Bases, Stations and Operating Forces within II Marine Expeditionary Force.

Bus: Monday - Thursday @ 1300 daily
4x4: Wednesday @ 0900
Forklift: Thursday @ 0900

 

All testing is conducted at building 1407 located on the corner of Michael and Dogwood.

  • For all licensing, follow the instructions contained in the Application for Government License form, which can be obtained via e-mail: mcieast_vehicle_licensing@usmc.mil
  • The bus test consists of multiple-choice basic knowledge, air brakes, and bus specific questions. A study guide is provided for you located on the MTD website.
  • Applications are accepted strictly through email, please title the subject line like one of the following examples:
    • Last name, Bus
    • Last name, 4x4
    • Last name, Forklift
  • For all training, please show up only after you have received email confirmation that your package has been screened and approved.
