Marines with the Wounded Warrior Battalion – East and Brian Renier, cycling project manager, ride around Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune during one of their cycling sessions. Cycling is currently being used as a form of rehabilitation with the Warrior Athlete Rehabilitation program with the battalion. It is designed to help with the recovery process and overcome the Marines’ injuries while getting back into physical shape and building their morale. Aside from increasing muscle strength, endurance and balance, it also manages weight, improves memory and help controls behavior. - Marines with the Wounded Warrior Battalion – East and Brian Renier, cycling project manager, ride around Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune during one of their cycling sessions.
