Service members from Sri Lanka stand in formation, ready to march on their national colors before the opening ceremonies of the 53rd World Military Boxing Championships, hosted aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Oct. 10. The Coastal Plains Dragway and Raceway welcomed the Conseil International du Sport Militaire, (International Military Sports Council) boxers from around the world to watch local racers compete, during a CISM cultural day event, Oct. 15. Christopher Ballance, an infantry unit leader and instructor in the Infantry Mortar Leader’s Course aboard Camp Geiger, trains at the gymnasium for an upcoming powerlifting competition, recently. The inside of the mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging machine is open to patients following its unveiling ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, Oct. 12.
