Vaccination stations have been set up at the Wallace Creek Fitness Center gym which is now operating as a mass COVID-19 vaccination center to support Marine Corps Installations East personnel and beneficiaries on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Feb. 16, 2021.
