Jeff LeBlanc, a retired master gunnery sergeant and president of Down-East Cyclists, takes a break at the Henderson Recreational Area Trail aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. LeBlanc uses the winter months to make improvements and expansion to the bike trail.
