MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Members of the Noncommissioned Officers Association stand next to the recipients of the the Sergeant Major C.A. “Mack” McKinney Award during the annual ceremony at Sywanyk’s Scarlet and Gold Traditions in Jacksonville, N.C., Feb. 7. Service members, retirees and families gathered at the event to support those who were awarded.
