U.S. Marine Corps Col. Eric Adams, the chief of staff for Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune, gives a speech during a dedication ceremony at the Lejeune Memorial Gardens in Jacksonville, North Carolina on May 20, 2023. The Camp Lejeune Former Landowners group and MCB Camp Lejeune held a ceremony for the official dedication and ribbon cutting for the monument the Former Landowners donated to the base.
