Christine Orndorff embraces her son after competing in Tarawa Terrace Community Center’s Superhero Fun Run with her children, June 22. Orndorff is dressed as Megamom, an original character. Ordnorff and her family were a few costumed heroes among the many who dressed the part for the event. While it is encouraged, participants are not required to dress up according to the Fun Run’s monthly theme.
