Two student matche up a part of a Lego Mindstorms NXT robot kit during the Bitz Intermediate School Science Club May 1. Students are building robots, which will be programmed by a computer to obey their commands, with an end goal of being able to navigate a maze. The club was created by Pam Philpott and Travis Parker, teachers at the school, to deliver science in an entertaining and hands-on way to 12 fourth and fifth grade students.
