Servicing personnel administrative support across MCIEAST.

The mission of the MCB Camp Lejeune Regional Personnel Administration Center (RPAC) is to provide fast, friendly, and effective personnel administrative support and services to Commanders, Marines, and family members in order to ensure military personnel records and pay accounts are accurate and properly maintained, allowing the individual Marine to be prepared for worldwide deployment with the operating forces.

If you have had a change in marital status, please ensure you bring the following documents upon your visit:

  • Birth certificate(s) - to include spouse.
  • Marriage certificate
  • Divorce decree.
  • Custody agreement / Child support Agreement / Court Order
  • Adoption decree(s)
  • Death certificate(s)

If your spouse is a member of another military branch, bring his or her most recent LES.

If your spouse relocates to your present duty station and you are receiving Family Separation Allowance (restricted), FSA-R, visit PAC Customer Service as soon as possible to stop a potential over payment.  

If you are unsure if you are receiving this entitlement, review your most recent leave and earning statement (LES).

If you move out of the barracks in conjunction with any changes to your marital status or number of dependents, you must bring a barracks vacancy letter from your command to ensure your discount meal rate (DMR) deduction stops.  DMR is the deduction from your basic allowance for sustenance for meals at government messing facilities.  

If more than 90 days have elapsed since you vacated government quarters, your barracks vacancy letter must be signed by your Commanding Officer.

Mission

The Inbound Section conducts interviews with Marines that PCS to and PCA within the greater Camp Lejeune area and satellite locations, and ensures the timely completion of all pay, entitlement, and personnel record audits and travel claim submissions.

If your gaining Command utilizes MOL Inbound Interview (IBI) for check-ins, please review the "IBI Member Handout" and "MOL Travel Voucher Information" document listed in useful links below.

If your gaining Command does not utilize IBI or you wish to be joined at our office, please bring the following documents:

  • Basic orders
  • Orders Endorsement 
  • Gaining command reporting endorsement
  • Port call (if coming from OCONUS)
  • Travel receipts (must have zero balance for hotel receipts) 
  • Orders to present unit
  • BAH Authorization Letter (Staff Sergeants without dependents)
  • Most recent service spouse LES (if service spouse is another military branch)

  • Reporting endorsement to present unit (stamp/letter) 
  • Complete service record book (SRB)
  • Travel receipts (if applicable)

We encourage you to liaison with us any time at either our main office on Camp Lejeune or one of our Satellite Support Centers located on Air Stations New River, Cherry Point, and Beaufort.
