Brigadier General Andre M. Ingram is a 1998 graduate of Hampton University. A career Logistics officer, his early operational assignments include tours with 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines and Combat Logistics Regiment 37, during which he deployed to Baghdad, Iraq as an advisor to the Iraqi Ministry of Defense.
He has served in key staff and leadership positions worldwide, including Joint Strategic Planner and Executive Assistant at U.S. Africa Command; Executive Officer, Combat Logistics Battalion 15; and Commanding Officer, 3d Transportation Support Battalion in Okinawa, Japan.
Following staff tours at Marine Corps Logistics Command and Manpower & Reserve Affairs, he served as Assistant Chief of Staff, G-4, 3D Marine Logistics Group, and Commanding Officer, CLR-37 and Chief of Staff, FMFLANT / MARFORCOM / MARFORNORTH in July 2024. He assumed his current position as Marine Corps Installations East-Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune (MCIEAST-MCB CAMLEJ) Commanding General in July 2026.
Brigadier General Ingram holds master’s degrees from George Mason University, Penn State University, and the Marine Corps Command and Staff College. His personal decorations include the Legion of Merit (2nd Award), Bronze Star, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (2nd Award), and the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2nd Award).
