The MCIEAST-MCB CAMLEJ G-4 Operations Division coordinates logistics support and delivers oversight, policy guidance, resource balancing, and technical assistance across organic supply, maintenance management, and explosives safety programs. In addition, G-4 Operations oversees environmental compliance for the G-4 while providing seamless petroleum support to both tenant and visiting commands.

The Material Readiness Branch (MRB) coordinates with higher and adjacent headquarters to provide supply and maintenance-related policy, manage equipment fielding, distribution, and redistribution efforts, and advocate pertaining to personnel and equipment. The MRB monitors the materiel readiness of ground equipment and provides MCIEAST units pertinent guidance and direction via orders and directives in support of equipment and financial accountability, auditability, and maintenance of all ground equipment.  The MRB ensures compliance with orders and directives via SMAT and CGRI analysis. Additionally, the MRB provides formal training and informal guidance on logistics systems, maintenance and supply processes and procedures in order to enhance the overall materiel readiness posture for MCIEAST.

MCB Camp Lejeune Fuels

Provide subject matter expertise to Installation Commander and G4 AC/S on all fuels related matters impacting installation fuel readiness while providing uninterrupted petroleum support to tenant and visiting commands.

MCIEAST Regional Fuels

Assess MCI-E installation infrastructure readiness through direct coordination with MCI-COM, DLA-E, and Naval Petroleum Office while providing direct liaison and assistance in all matters pertaining to MCI-E fuel infrastructure project management and oversight.
