Camp Lejeune’s Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks Will Go as Scheduled Today
4 Jul 2014

Camp Lejeune’s Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks event will go as scheduled today, July 4. The main gate will open to the general public at 3 p.m. and event gates open at 4 p.m.  So bring your lawn chairs and head out to W.P.T. Hill Field aboard Camp Lejeune for an evening of fun, fireworks and entertainment, including musical performances by the 2nd Marine Division Rock Band, Mike Corrado, and LL Cool J featuring DJ Z-Trip.

Admission to the celebration is free.  No pets will be allowed on the field.  Due to the expected large crowds, we encourage people to car pool and arrive early.

For your protection, security checkpoints will be at the entrance to the field and bags (to include backpacks, purses and coolers) will be searched.  No alcohol, glass, sparklers or personal fireworks will be permitted.
