Naval Hospital Pharmacy Temporarily Relocates
3 Mar 2014

The Naval Hospital pharmacy will temporarily re-locate to the first floor in the new Outpatient Clinic building on Monday, March 10.  The purpose for the move is to allow for the next phase of hospital renovations, which includes enlarging the existing pharmacy. It is anticipated that this renovation phase will last for approximately 6-8 months.

The temporary pharmacy space is smaller. For the convenience of our patients and to reduce waiting times, patients are highly encouraged to utilize the TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery Service. TRICARE Pharmacy Home Delivery offers beneficiaries a 90-day supply of their medication with no co-pays for generic drugs.

Naval Hospital will continue to provide quality pharmacy services, however, beneficiaries may experience longer wait times.

Beneficiaries may call the TRICARE pharmacy contractor, Express Scripts, at (877-882-3335), or visit the Express Scripts website www.express.scripts.com/TRICARE  to switch to Home Delivery or with questions about their medications.
