CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Maj. Ryan Shea, a future operations officer with 2nd Marine Logistics Group, writes strategic planning methods on a whiteboard during the 2nd MLG Staff Exercise at Camp Lejeune, N.C., Nov. 4, 2015. The exercise, a command control scenario, was conducted with efforts to refine the group's planning and execution process that would act as a standard for subordinate commands.
