MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - Patrick E. Libby, a retired Master Sgt. receives a flu shot during the quarterly retiree town hall meeting held at the Naval Hospital aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune Sept. 24. The town hall meetings help get retirees together to discuss upcoming events, educate them on possible health risks and answer questions from medical personnel.
