MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - As the 2-06 class honorman of the Scout Sniper Basic course aboard Camp Geiger, Sgt. Dain K. Doughty, a military policeman with the base provost marshal's office, was awarded with the second Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal of his career.
