U.S. Marine Corps Capt. Charles A. Poulton, center, a company commander with Battalion Landing Team 2nd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), assists in offloading of wooden pallets at a local fire station that was affected by Hurricane Irma in St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands, Sept. 17, 2017.
