Col. Scott A. Baldwin, Marine Corps Engineer School outgoing commanding officer, leaves departing words of thanks, appreciation and a brief history on the legacy of the Engineer School before departing to Marine Corps Installation East – Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune to become the G-4 Director at Courthouse Bay on Marine Corp Base Camp Lejeune, Sept 9. The mission of the Marine Corps Engineer School is to ingrain at the entry and supervisory level the skills needed for engineers to be prepared for the operating forces.
