Randall Butler, with the Onslow County Sheriff's Office inspect a car seat at Base Safety Division’s quarterly Child Passenger Safety Seat Check at the parking lot of the Marine Corps Exchange aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, May 19 to 21. Representatives certified by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, including members of Jacksonville’s Fire and Emergency Services, Onslow County Sheriff's Office, N.C. State Highway Patrol, the Provost Marshal’s Office and the Base Safety Division, conducted the checks.
