Maj. Gen. Carl B. Jensen (right), commanding general of Marine Corps Installations East, turns over the colors and his position to Col. Thomas A. Gorry, who comes to MCIEAST from his previous assignment as the director of the Command and Staff College, Marine Corps University, takes charge as the third ever MCIEAST commander.
