Capt. Alexander Puraty, company commander of Company A, Infantry Training Battalion, School of Infantry – East, explains various patrolling methods utilized by Marines when conducting military operations on urban terrain to military dignitaries from Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda aboard Camp Geiger, March 11. The dignitaries’ two-day visit to Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and satellite installations is part of a three-base amphibious familiarization tour, learning amphibious assault techniques and observing various training exercises.
