Staff Sgt. Christopher M. Parker, a Marine instructor with Field Medical Training Battalion – East, teaches a common skills training class to sailors enrolled in the Chaplain and Religious Program Specialist Expeditionary Skills Training course aboard Camp Johnson, recently. The program’s instructors cover a variety of topics such as weapons training, Marine Corps Martial Arts Program techniques, field exercises, administrative duties, combat lifesaver course knowledge and humvee training, which ultimately prepares the sailors to operate effectively in an expeditionary environment.
