Corey Myers, safety and occupational health specialist for the Department of Public Safety aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, receives the Award for Superior Performance from Maj. Gen. Carl B. Jensen, commanding general of Marine Corps Installations East during award ceremony on the MCIEAST commanding general's quarterdeck in Building 1 aboard the base, Aug. 16. Alongside the base's award, three Department of Public Safety personnel won awards for their contributions to base safety.
