Richard M. Johnson (left) general foreman at the Ammunition Supply Point aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, is presented with a certificate of commendation by Maj. Gen. Carl B. Jensen, commanding general of Marine Corps Installations East, for his combined 50 years of Department of Defense service after morning colors in front of Building 1, July 8. After 20 years in the Marine Corps, he retired as a gunnery sergeant and continued working in civil service to add on an additional 30 years of work.
