Lance Cpl. Donte Simmons, a postal clerk with Company I, Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, travels with a big tire that he collected from the coastline on New River, April 22. Volunteers from North Carolina and service members aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, picked up trash, tires and old toys in celebration of Earth Day.
