Personally Procured Move - USMC

24 Mar 2023 |

The Self Move or Personally Procured Move (PPM) is an alternate means of moving your personal property. You must make the arrangements at origin just as you would for a Government arranged move by completing an application online and complete certain other requirements to include obtaining weight tickets. The PPM program allows you to personally move HHG and either be reimbursed up to the Government’s cost or to collect an incentive payment from the Government.  Stop by the Camp Lejeune DMO for help with your PPM and check out the links below for more useful information.

If you are a member of the US Navy and are looking to do a self move to your next duty station or home, stop by the Camp Lejeune DMO for assistance with your move and follow the links below for more information to assist you with your move.

When you have completed your self move and have all of your PPM claim documents completed, then you must submit your claim for reimbursement.  The easiest way to accomplish this is to stop by the Camp Lejeune DMO or your nearest Transportation office to file your claim.
