Maj. Gen. Raymond C. Fox, commanding general II Marine Expeditionary Force, signs his donation form Sept. 14 as part of the annual donation drive from the Combined Federal Campaign aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. The CFC is the largest and most successful charity organization in the United States.
