Soldiers from the Royal Bermuda Regiment ready themselves for scenario based exercises during the Junior Noncommissioned Officer Cadre on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C., May 4, 2018. The JNCO Cadre is a promotions course for promotion from Private Bandsman Drummer to Lance Corporal and is open to all soldiers who have completed one year of service and have the recommendation of their company commander.
